If you have problems hearing on the phone, an amplified phone may be the perfect solution for you. An amplified phone makes incoming sounds louder, so that it is easier to hear the person on the other end.
Features on some amplified phone:
- Amplification level: Telephone amplification is measured in decibels (dB), and vary for mild to severe hearing loss.
- Picture buttons: Just program in the phone number and you can make outgoing calls just by pressing the picture.
- Caller ID: This feature lets you know who's calling before you answer the phone. Some phones even have talking Caller ID.
- Big Buttons: With a larger surface area and bigger numbers seeing and pressing these buttons makes dialing easier.
