The Gentex 710LS is a photoelectric type portable stand-alone smoke detector that gives both an audible and visual alarm. It is designed to detect the smoke that results from an actual fire.

The service I received from DSI was unbelievable. I got a damaged product and with no questions asked, they shipped out a new one with a call tag to ship back the damaged unit at their expense. Thank you DSI
